The District Council has a land of 20.52 Hectares of plots in Njombe Town for investment in construction industry, office for rent and conference halls and estate development depending on the interest of investor but should be within government policies and Land Act No. 4 &5 of 1999. The plots include National Housing Area, Hazina House, Near DACOs/Livestock Offices/Premises and MjiMwema (Wende Area). In some of these areas, the investment will require to demolish the existing structures for letting construction of Modern Buildings. The plots have been approved by authority while Title Deeds are under process.
